“ONE CANNOT BE GOOD WITHOUT GOD”? NO, IT CAN BE BETTER WITHOUT GOD

There is no God. This assertion is very probably true. Humanists agree on this point, although there may be some difference in the level of certainty assigned to this proposition.

But so what? What’s the practical significance of rejecting belief in a deity? Why should humanists band together in local or national groups, publish magazines, hold conferences, and so forth? can’t be simply to show that we are right and others are wrong about the existence of God.

RESERVATION IS NOT A HUMILIATION-REACTION TO A REGRESSIVE CONFERENCE AT MADURAI

So ridiculous it is that a conference to restore the caste system and remove reservation in education and employment forever has been convened at Madurai. A few gullible individuals have succumbed to this questionable strategy and pitifully pleaded the BJP Government to declare them as Devendra Kulam and  remove the reservation stigma for ever for them.

We do not know whether the humiliation that they undergo in society will disappear if their request is accepted. Have they not progressed in education and employment because of reservation? Perpetrators of caste system Varna Dharma have found at them a new valiant vexed people!
