Many people comment on the issue of the Eelam ,commencing from the half way of the journey which has leaped over many generations , even prior to the capture of Sri Lanka by the British and other colonial rulers. The original inhabitants of the ethnic island are the Tamils.

Dr. Paul Kurtz is no more!

We record our deepest regret on the demise of Dr. Paul Kurtz, an outstanding learned Professor of Philosophy in America, at the age of 86. Surely it is a great loss hardly compensatable. Dr. Kurtz was the President of the World Humanist Organization. He has published hundreds of books on Research on Rationalism by various authors through ‘Prometheus’!

Paul Kurtz, American skeptic, founder of modern secular-humanist movement and philosopher, passed away on 20th October 2012. He was 86 years old. He was Honorary Associate of Rationalist International and also Honorary Associate of Rationalist Association (formerly RPA) of UK .  In 1999 Kurtz received International Humanist Award by the IHEU, and in 2000 he received International Rationalist Award by the Rationalist International.
