The Constitution of India came into force on 26th January 1950. India is said to be republic and secular state. The Constitution of India itself declared as said. But the bramhinical social order and the controller of the government and administration even today are not ready to agree India as republic and secular state. In their view India is a Hindu religious state.
In this direction they apply all the possible means and ways. They had and have dominance over the art, literature, history and culture. They took the complete benefit of this. Everywhere they keep the black symbol of their arrogancy/hegemony. To maintain this they do not care rules, regulations, principles and morality but always violates it.
The Constituent Assembly Debates is the historical documents of the Constituent Assembly of India. The Lok Sabha Secretariat is publishing Constituent Assembly Debates, an official report, from 1950. Fifth reprint is published in June, 2009. All the debates are compiled in twelve volumes in five books.
When I started reading the debate books first time, I noticed one thing. The logo type symbol in black colour is printed in all debate books. In that symbol the map of India in double line circle is printed. At the upper side in between two lines of the circle ‘CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY’ and in lower side ‘INDIA’ is scriped. Its OK.
But one strange and unbearable thing, the image of Lord Ganesh, is sketched in that map in perpendicular. The image of Ganesh clearly looks in very plane view at very first sight. On the contrary less importance is given to national emblem seal (Rajmudra). The Ganesh sketch is printed sixteen times in all five books whereas Rajmudra just five times.
The question arises that what is the relevance of Lord Ganesh image with Constituent Assembly? What is the relevance of Lord Ganesh with Constitution? Was it the authentic symbol or logo of Constituent Assembly? Clarification must be there. Constituent Assembly Debates is a public documents and not religious. It is a national property. How and why only Ganesh’s image is scriped.
If India is secular state then how can there be a image of one particular religion. Keeping India map constant the sketch of Ganesh must be removed from there immediately. It is against the principle adumberated in Constitution of India.
Many social revolutionaries who fought against ill practices and exposed gods, goddess in Hinduism. Periyar Ramsamy publicly broke the images of Ganesh to expose the false belief posed in it. Mahatma Jyotiba Phuley and Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar always taught and fought against atrocities, superstitions, falseness in Hinduism.
They showed that all the gods and goddess are the money making and ruling business of brahminism. But the gullible masses compelled to ignore warnings of revolutionaries. Brahminism takes benefit of this. Brahminism always keeps it identity and impression in all places.
While publishing first edition of volume sixteen of ‘Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Writings And Speeches’ the then Chief Minister of Maharashtra Manohar Joshi called Buddhism as the part of ancient Hindu culture and Buddha as tenth incarnation of god in preface whereas he knows that the Buddha was the historical figure and Buddhism as independent first humanistic religion. Brahminism always takes the complete benefit of power and opportunity. Bahujans need to be very cautious and careful.
